Prior to joining Orion, Ms. Dorsey served as a senior consultant with Mercer Human Resource Consulting, a division of the 50,000-employee Marsh and McClennen corporation. She served as lead consultant for over 7 years in large merger and acquisition integration and strategic enterprise wide management consulting projects with well known fortune 500 companies such as Boeing, Cisco, Coors Brewing, Hughes Communication, Southern California Edison and many more. Prior to joining Mercer, Ms. Dorsey began her career in the non-profit sector holding Director of Human Resources positions at both St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, the internationally recognized pediatric research hospital, as well as Ducks Unlimited, the one million member international conservation organization. In both positions, Ms. Dorsey was responsible for all aspects of Human Capital from people to processes to technology. Ms. Dorsey holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and a MBA in finance.
