 Denver, Colo--Officials from Orion Entertainment have announced a distribution agreement that will air the popular ATK's Grateful Nation series, which premieres on Outdoor Channel, on The Pentagon Channel (TPC). TPC broadcasts military news and information for and about the 2.6 million members of the U.S. Armed Forces--active duty, national guard and reserve. PTC is available on-base to more than 1.3 million service members who live and work on more than 400 military bases, camps and installations in the U.S. TPC is also available to the 800,000 service members and their families serving overseas in 178 countries via the American Forces Radio and Television Service. The channel also reaches more than 30 million households through commercial distribution on satellite and cable systems nationwide. In addition, the Pentagon Channel's programming is streamed live 24/7 at www.pentagonchannel.com, and is available via Video On Demand, and podcast--both audio and video--from this website.
ATK's Grateful Nation is hosted by former Airborne Ranger and actor Tim Abell and takes wounded returning service men and women on dream hunting adventures where they also benefit from the healing power of the outdoors. Abell has starred in numerous films and TV series including We Were Soldiers, Soldier of Fortune, CSI New York and numerous others.
